I find myself bein way too available for everyone, yet when in return I can't seem to get anyone to make time for shit. Its not anything that's major to me, but it is definitely something I need to work on. That goes for making time to see people, calling people back, responding to text messages, etc. I need to chill and let people "miss" me a bit. Its a constant thing of me rushing to respond to a text because I don't want anyone to think I am ignoring them. Even when I work and I don't respond, people are like, "what the hell...HELLOO!" Ummm...it's called working. Is it just me or did I miss something?! I don't get paid to text, booboo. I get paid to pay for the texting. Chill.
Just a random thought. Going to work on that. Leaving people alone and vice-versa. I don't see my friends being super eager to get in touch with me like that *folds arms and turns head* lol.
Later..stomach hurts. Ouch.

Happy Birthday 2 Me! Pt. 2
What a great birthday! Seriously, we all had such a great night out. I can't thank these guys enough for making it such a fun night. Loved the time I had.
We started the night out at Friday's. I know it sounds kind of blah to go to a franchise restaurant, but it really wasn't that deep to go to somewhere all extra "special" or whatever to me. Friday's did the job, and I made it clear that I didn't want my birthday announced to anyone, because I cannot stand all the extra attention you get when they come to your table and sing happy birthday to you. It's so effin annoying. So while they weren't singing "happy, happy birthday..", we were enjoying our dinner and conversation. Food was great, conversation was great, and that carried onto location 2.
From Friday's we headed over to this bar/grill in Hoboken called, Green Rock. The best way to describe this place is a very brown, wooden bar with good drinks (I don't drink but Wil loved the drinks). We enjoyed the live acoustic band over more conversation and drinks for about 2 hours. Possibly the best 2 hours I had all week. SO MUCH FUN! We laughed so much. Have you ever laughed so much and so hard to the point that you could no longer feel your face or how big your smile even was anymore?! OMGosh, it felt like my smile was fake for a while since I couldn't feel my cheeks. A damn mess. Amanda's (roomie) co-worker invited us there and we met her and a friend of hers. I forgot the other girl's name, but the co-worker Jessica...HOTT! Sweet girl, super funny...kept serenading me while holding my hand, and kissing it...hilarious.
I swear I had the best night, but the highlite HAAADD to be when someone in our group requested the band to play "Poker Face"...and it was AMAZING! HIGHLITE by far! They were so good! Gaga would have been proud.
Thank you, once again to my friends for making this an extra special birthday. Its been a hectic week or so for me, and it was definitely worth it. I love you all from the bottom of my cold heart (you've warmed it) and I couldn't be happier (eww..is that a tear in my eye..like wtf). *hugs*
Until next time. *waves*

Happy Birthday 2 Me!
Today is my birthday, *cheers* yay! I am super NOT excited. Not that I am upset or down in any way; don't know how I should feel. Lol. Everyone keeps asking, "So, how does it feel to be 24?" My honest response is, "ummm...how did it feel to be 23? All the same to me".
I don't feel any different now than I did yesterday. Its seriously all the same to me. But in my head there are a million and one things that I want to accomplish this year. For me, this is my "new years", and this is when the new year begins. Time to put the petal to the metal (I said it right..?) and begin the process of really taking over my life...and making a difference for myself. I must get on my grind more so now than ever before. You know how you just get really comfortable in a certain place and its not that you are slacking, but you are just really comfortable for lack of a better word. During this period you aren't doing much with yourself to make a difference, then again you aren't doing anything that is altering your goals...you are simply hindering yourself from accomplaishing anything. Possibly procrastinating, but mostly feeling "comfortable". You know what I mean!
Time to make some moves. In the meantime, HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MYSELF!
*to myself*
Do it already, damnit!!! :-)
Adios!

Nice Turn-out.
So last night turned out to be not as bad as I anticipated originally. Despite the fact that things did go smoothly, I wasn't shocked that certain individuals still found ways to make it about "them"...which just reiterates my whole thing about needing to surround myself with a new crowd. I just don't see why people are the way they are - so self absorbed, spotlight craving, and sometimes downright rude. I think its time to start making some new moves. And this also means for the other people in my life that are those that are very dear to me. They shouldn't have to deal with it, either. Its not fair to them. REGARDLESS, it was a great night. Amazing food, laughs, and company. I couldn't have asked for more. And to see the smile son my company's faces showed me that they also enjoyed their night out. Good times.
Thanks to those that made it such a wonderful night. You all mean the world to me. I effin love you from the bottom of my heart.

Haiti Telethon.
Tonight, MTV aired the "Hope For Haiti Now", telethon hoping to raise funds to help the people of Haiti. I must say, George Clooney did an amazing job getting together his celebrity friends and singers to assist in the special. The performances were amazing! From Jennifer Hudson, Christina Aguilera, Beyoncé, Rihanna, Sting, U2, Jay-Z, Alicia Keys and more!
To help the people of Haiti, go onto to iTunes and purchase the album of performances from the telethon titled, "HOPE FOR HAITI NOW" and 100% of the proceeds go towards a slew of organizations including Partners In Health, Red Cross, UNICEF, and the Yéle Haiti Foundation.
Please, everyone do your best to help. Everything and anything is appreciated.

Zero Anticipation.
Normally, I'm super excited about my birthday, but not this year. I'm not so sure if its because I chose to keep it very low key or if I'm just over it. And even with me informing everyone know about the small plans I made, it seems as though they've all...correction MOST have gotten the date completely WRONG! So over it.
I guess I should just wait and see who actually shows up. I just want to have a good time with my friends. Eat cake, bowl, have dinner, watch them drink, and have lots of good laughs. It'll be a good jump start to this year. *crosses fingers*
Off to bed. Nite.
